ASKOs innovative interior oven design allows cooking more of your favourite food at one time. The usable space is up to 50 litres, more than most on the market.
Pure steam system
ASKO combi steam ovens use the Pure Steam System to separate condensed water from steam. The water is then re-circulated into the steaming process ensuring proper steaming of the food.
Sous Vide program
ASKO’s Sous Vide cooking program ensures an even steam flow at an exact temperature over a long period of time. The robustness ensures perfect result every time.
